Davison is a proud sponsor of Springdale Jr./Sr. High School’s “Team Nitrous” in the F1 in Schools program, which provides students an opportunity to experience the latest developments in manufacturing technology.
The team of 7th and 8th graders placed second in the state in the Formula One Technology Challenge and advanced to the national engineering competition in Denver! The F1 challenge is a competition open to all students ages 10 to 18 to design, manufacture and present a CO2-powered Formula One model race car. The company is pleased to support such a worthwhile program that is expanding the science and engineering education of our youth. We look forward to more exciting news about Team Nitrous and to a continued partnership with the school!
