The Problem:
Using a box cutter to cut open a box can easily result in the unwanted consequence of cutting the contents, as well. Box cutters are also too big to use on small packages or to cut open difficult items wrapped in cellophane, such as CDs and DVDs. In addition, the large protruding blade can pose a safety hazard, especially for curious children.

The Solution:
We developed the Mini Package Opener to easily cut open packages without damaging the contents. The 2 mm blade quickly opens plastic clamshells, corrugated boxes, banding straps and blister cards, as well as CD and DVD cellophane. It also can be used to cut coupons and wrapping paper, and the built-in refrigerator magnet ensures you'll always know where to find it.
