This sphere takes on unique motions and formations, then returns to the original sphere-shape while at rest. It’s amazing how small it appears, until you see the creator pick it up to program it in the end of the video!

What a clever approach to designing such a cumbersome product. This ladder was designed to reduce its volume to a slim, thin, manageable version of its functional self.
I think a fresh coat of bright red or yellow paint would do it some good!

Boston Dynamics has created many robots, but this most recent [one] is really impressive. The Sand Flea Jumper makes impressive leaps onto roofs of buildings and hilltops.
The first thing I thought of was “imagine this way smaller,” and “[imagine] this way larger.” Very much worth watching the video!
