I am impressed with how the designer of this product approached the problem of creating an airtight food storage container in such a unique manner. The cork ball is threaded with an elastic band, and the opposite side of the container has a dimple for holding the ball in the open position. Very clever approach.

After lifting a cap from a bottled drink, you don’t have a way to reseal it, as with a twist cap bottle. For those of you who enjoy a local brew or specialty soda from a glass bottle, here is a little gadget for you to keep in your pocket at the next party. Beer Savers flex over the opening of a bottle to keep the contents fresh, while also helping to identify your drink. Cool and colorful, I’m sure I’ll see one of these somewhere this summer.

This unique device is used to simulate the flickering flash and glow of an HD television. Set it on a timer when you leave, and deter potential thieves who may otherwise enter your home. I actually think this is a great idea, especially since it swells and fades like a real TV, but uses 50 times less power to operate.

Kitchen appliances never cease to impress me, especially when you see one of these gems every once in a while. To me, this is like a 3D waffle cone, maybe for a dessert, or for breakfast on-the-go. Perhaps you can batter dip it and fry it for fair food with a fruit dip. This is a great waffle iron design!

Pebble, the breathable sleep surface by Nook, has got a really good thing going on. They have designed a soft, asymmetrical mattress surface with enough nooks and crannies to provide airflow for infants so you need not worry when you lay your baby down at night.
Named for the appearance of its functional, textured surface, Pebble is a very responsible design for parents everywhere. Oh, and it is washable, breathable, non-toxic and has a wool fire barrier, as well.
