Check out the video to see why The William makes more sense than a traditional stove top range. Based on concentrated, precisely heated panels, this cooktop has it all — touch screen operation, flush, flat surface…. well, just take a look.

What a creative way to brighten up a reading room. Maybe a wireless version is in the works; that would be a great way to bring your light to any space.

Apartment Therapy has been posting creative approaches to dealing with small spaces. These three ideas are worth passing on.

These thin profile doors hide away a washer dryer set and double as a pantry, too. This optical illusion works well as a functional way to hide appliances.

Beneath these stairs you can find storage shelves that roll out to reveal a goldmine of items kept out of plain view. Nice place for a cubby.

Condensing work, sleep and play is the way to go. Though I am not a fan of the monochromatic scheme, the use of space is well executed. Perfect for any dorm or bedroom where space is limited and creativity is abundant.

Pebble, the breathable sleep surface by Nook, has got a really good thing going on. They have designed a soft, asymmetrical mattress surface with enough nooks and crannies to provide airflow for infants so you need not worry when you lay your baby down at night.
Named for the appearance of its functional, textured surface, Pebble is a very responsible design for parents everywhere. Oh, and it is washable, breathable, non-toxic and has a wool fire barrier, as well.
