This coin purse is a kitsch homage to the fortune cookie and, I must say, it was done in great fashion. The color and texture of the leather, the gold fastener and the fold in the fabric were cleverly crafted together to create a stylish replication of this great American treat. These coin purses even include a fortune!

Believe it or not, there is actually a use for that old typewriter in the attic. Artist, Keira Rathbone, used this IBM Selectric to create these beautiful pieces of art. So, would you classify her work as prints, pictures or typings? I’m not sure, but I do know that she has found one creative way to produce beautiful art.

Being creative doesn’t always have to be about individuality; sometimes a collective effort can mean just as much. These images are from around the world, all symbolizing love and good luck in relationships. The locks are adorned with the names or initials of couples, then locked alongside many others. The key is tossed away, so the locks can not be undone.
Many creative couples from around the world have sought out locations in Hungary, Russia, Italy, Germany, the Czech Republic and Japan to show their love by locking onto fences, fountains and lamp posts.
