Cristin, from Sabattus, Maine, is the fifth winner in our “Find the ‘D’ and You Could Win Money” giveaway! She was very surprised to get the good news that she had won.

“That’s awesome!” said Cristin. “I’m quite surprised, actually. I didn’t expect to win.” A client of Davison, she heard about the contest through her Director. “He’s a very nice guy; he does a great job,” Cristin said. “He’s helped me out a lot.”

The homemaker and mother of three will receive a gift card to Walmart. She plans to spend it on Christmas gifts for her children and husband, who is in the military.

“She’s a great client,” said her Director, who has been working with her for about a year. He told her about the contest several months ago, and like his other two clients who have won, Cristin and her family can really use the prize. “She finally got around to entering, and it’s pretty exciting that it worked out for her,” he said. “Every little bit helps.”

They have had many good conversations about her idea for a new housewares product. She recently received her product portfolio and they had another enthusiastic discussion about the direction of her project.

“It’s good to have somebody that continually has their idea on their mind — someone who is that passionate about her product and has a clear vision of what she wants to accomplish.”

Carl, from Lago Vista, TX., is the fourth winner in our “Find the ‘D’ and You Could Win Money” giveaway! He was extremely pleased to get the good news that he was the randomly chosen winner among those who entered in September.

“My goodness — that’s cool!” said Carl. A client of Davison, he heard about the contest through Daniel, his director of new products. “Oh man, he’s great,” said Carl of Dan. His project is in the Licensing stage, so he has interacted with several Davison employees. “Everyone there has been fantastic,” Carl said. “They know how to take care of people and they never give me any double talk, so I am pretty well pleased with them.”

Carl, who served his country for over 20 years in the Air Force, also thinks the Davison giveaway is pretty neat. He will be receiving a $500 gift card to Walmart and plans to spend it on groceries and other necessities.

“I think it’s great,” he said. “In these days and ages, we can take every penny we can get!”

While retired, Carl drove a school bus until he broke the bones in his wrist, and he’s also been caring for his wife through a serious illness. Despite all that, Dan described his client as very enthusiastic, upbeat and polite.

“He was always very energetic, a very caring guy,” said Dan, who took over the file shortly before it went to Licensing. “He was excited each time I talked to him.” When Dan told him about the contest, Carl said, “Hey, you never know – I’ll take a shot at it!”

“It’s pretty satisfying for him to win,” Dan said. “Someone deserving like that, to have him win, and a portion also going to cancer research, that’s really great.”

Domenic, from Morgantown, W. Va., is the third winner in our “Find the ‘D’ and You Could Win Money” giveaway! He was very happy to get the good news.

“That’s awesome!” said Domenic, who heard about the contest through a friend. He actually entered on the last day of August, which turned out to be his lucky day. “I think it’s pretty cool,” he said of the giveaway.

Domenic, who recently graduated from medical school, is now a resident physician. In addition to enormous school bills to worry about, he will be getting married in March, so being chosen as our winner happened at just the right time. Domenic and his fiancee will need many items for their home, so he has chosen a $500 gift card to Bed, Bath & Beyond.

“I’m definitely excited about that,” he said. Domenic also is “pretty impressed” with Inventionland, after his friend showed him the new coffee table book on the “world’s most creative workplace.”  ”It’s pretty amazing,” he said. “Thank you again for the opportunity, and please thank Mr. Davison on my behalf for thinking of this great contest.”

Diana, from Parkville, Maryland, is the second winner in our “Find the ‘D’ and You Could Win Money” giveaway! She was beyond excited when she got the good news.

“That is so crazy — are you serious!?” exclaimed Diana. She enters a lot of online contests for fun, but never expected to win. Entering the contest was “very easy,” as was finding products with the Davison “D,” she said.

“They’re everywhere — there’s so many of them!”

Diana has chosen a $500 gift card to Walmart, which will be incredibly helpful to her family. She will be shopping for some much needed household items, clothing, school supplies, and a few toys for her son. She is also a new client who is pursuing her new product idea. She learned about the contest through her director, Darryl.

“It’s been great working with you guys, so this is a bonus!” said Diana, who actually bought the product she took the photo of in Walmart (no purchase is necessary). ”Thank you again for this opportunity. It really helps when money is tight … I am happy to be working with Davison on a product and that gave me the opportunity to learn about the sweepstakes. Darryl also has enjoyed working with Diana since May on her new product idea, and he is very happy that she won the giveaway. 

“She’s pretty fun, and she’s pretty dedicated to her project,” said Darryl. “Diana’s very enthusiastic, and a good person to deal with.”

Our “Find the Davison ‘D’ and You Could Win Money!” giveaway is donating $10 per entry to the Audubon Society’s work to save wildlife affected by the oil spill.

Our “Find the ‘D’ and You Could Win Money!” giveaway keeps rolling on — we’ve drawn our second winner of a $500 gift card! For every person who enters the giveaway promotion in July and August, we will donate $10 to the National Audubon Society’s recovery efforts to rescue the wildlife affected by the devastating oil spill.
